Info on maker Mike England

Anyone know where I can scrounge up some info. After selling off my Buckmaster, I finally scratched the survival knife itch by purchashing the Mike England HollowHandle that was up on the fourms. Haven't been able to find too much on this maker, one reference to a Knives Illustrated in 87 or so, and quality on par with Parrish et al. Any help?
