Lost mine and bought another from Renard Dellafave, previously recommended on this forum. Just wanted you to know he won't be carrying them anymore when his supply runs out.

Barnes and Noble has started carrying them. The I can only find the ruled on their website, but supposedly they have some of the unlined in their retail stores.

Just a heads-up...

Thanks for the link. Been there before. They have all the models there.

Will miss Renard though since he only charged $1 for shipping. :(

What's so good about moleskin notebooks? I'd go to B & N and see for myself but the Christmas traffic in that area is incredible.

They are just great little pocket notebook/journals. Have a bulit in elastic to keep them shut and a pocket inside for storing loose bits of paper. There are several models available.

Try Esav's link: http://www.quincyshop.com/moljour.html

They have all the types and it is easier to surf there.

I've seen them here in Boston at Restoration Hardware (they sell fancy housewares) and at the Museum Company Store (they sell reproduction art and nik-naks). If you have either of those stores nearby you could save yourself the shipping charge.

Frank, they're just a nice, classy looking notebook that's small enough to fit in a pocket. And they are still pretty cheap.

I picked up a couple last night. They are pretty nice. Mine doesn't have a pocket inside though. The url on the inside of the front cover is modoemodo.com. They're definately several steps above Meads and Grads.

Snagged a moleskin notebook today at Barnes & Noble. I picked up a squared one, I don't do well on blank paper. :) 5 1/2" x 3 1/2 in size, one pocket in the back. $9.99 and tax. I almost bought my wife one. They had a memo-pockets one with 6 pockets. Thought she could use it for coupons or something. Do they all have the hardbound covers. For some reason I thought it was a soft flexable cover. Oh well.
