Info on my CQC7

Hi everyone! I found this today and I was hoping maybe some of you all that knew a lot about Emerson’s could tell me some history on this blade. It seems to be somewhat unique.

I have same marks on my Christmas CQC-7 with digicam, but mine is tanto...
It's Chrismas release 2010.
