info on sabre folder

a friend gave me this "slightly" used pocket knife, any info would be great. i figured id post it here to see what you guys know before i spend half the night on google.

Sabre was a brand of inexpensive pocket knives that was common years ago. I'm not sure, but I don't think they've been made for a while -- at least I haven't noticed any around. The quality is marginal.
