I just got this small decorated Sebenza, and I am unfamiliar with the decoration variations. Is this a standard pattern (with a name)? Or is it unusual?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Looks unique to me, nice design. Is the blade stonewashed?

you have a uniquely decorated sebenza...the computer generated designs can be seen on their website....feverdoc

The design on the knife is certainly a one-of-a-kind but it looks as if it is a Silver Contrast, not a Unique Decorated.

The difference between the two is that with the Unique Designs, the front face of the handle is polished and the graphic is colored. The hollow grind on the blades of Unique knives is polished. From what I can see, the handle is sandblasted and the graphic is machined into it, leaving only the silver machining lines. The blade is stonewashed. Any which way, it is a pretty knife and unusual!

Hey! That use to be my knife! Of course Anne is right. They are kind of cool. I actually like this contrast better than the anodized ones. They're regular production sebbie's with different decorations in them. This was the first one I owned. I had one other that was sold not too long ago. Presently I have a large classic 2000 "Silver Sebenza" on order with an original design. Can't wait for it!
