Info on this busse blade

I got this busse in my grab bag. I really like it and have not seen any similar. The tip is different than most mean streets I have seen. Does anyone have any info

Fun fact about grab bags, occasionally a variant of an existing model will get thrown in.
There are times when we look at an existing model and say, “I wonder what that would look like if we......”
These variants sometimes show up in grab bags or in ganzaas.
