This one actually looks to be a little more rare though. Twill inlays, tip-up clip, and S30V blade was not a common combination. A lot of the S30V TMXs I've seen are tip-down and usually carbon fiber, but yours looks like his silver twill to me. Not super rare, being a TMX and one of his less expensive knives, but in this configuration it might be a little more rare than usual.
Edit:
Supposedly, upon further research, only the first 50 he did were in S30V, the other 90 or so being CPM-154, so the S30V seems to be the rarer of the two steels. Then there was a handful made in 6K which I'm sure is the rarest.
