Info on water jet cutting

While it has nothing to do specifically with knives, I saw a thread about water jet cutting.
I need a few peices of 4340 cut to make a tripod bearing housing, while keeping tolerance of at least +-10 thous at 1.75 inches.
Anyone know of facilities that can do this?
Or would I just have to EDM them?

Waterjet at slow travel speeds will hold 5 thou tolerances, when the cutting speed is increased or very thick materials are involved it tends to get sloppy. In any case a little edge touch up with a file improves the looks greatly.
