Info on WH Kestrel or Lancet

Stupid, borderline off-topic question here, but doesn't Microtech manufacture a knife called the "Kestrel"? Which company(WHK or MT) introduced their "Kestrel" first?

Any responses welcome, because I'd heard of a WHK Kestrel, and wondered about MT's Kestrel...
