Info please. unusual lone wolf T3?

http://m.ebay.com/itm/111602313256?nav=SEARCH Anyone know more info on this knife. I noticed the spine on the blade is a slightly different shape then most of the other what I think are T3 models. Does that give a indication of production dates or anything like that. Just wanted to see if there was any more information out there about this specific blade. Thanks in advance for any insight.

I am happy to share what little I know. This original 'T3's' with Micarta were a specially designed for the military. They were not even called T3's at the time. They are rare in that the military eventually didnt like the way the micarta wore on the knife, so they switched to the black nylon handles later. Eventually they even moved to stainless steel from the earlier Ti liners that these were for cost reasons. My information comes directly from Charlie Gregory, one of the founding members of Lone Wolf.
