Info re Buck find, model 380

Hi, I found a Buck pocketknife in an antique mall and it looked nice so I bought it for $5.

It's small and has 2 blades, a clip point and a spey. Clip point says "NRA ILA".

Anyone know anything about this knife? Thanks.

I believe to be Chinese made for Buck.
