Info sought on Dwayne Reynolds engraver and knifemaker

Hello,

I've been googling a lot trying to find information like an phone number and or (email) address of Wayne Reynolds.

I have a very beautiful engraved damascus warnclif, mammoth ivory handled folder made by him but I can't find any information on the maker.

Here's the knife:

I have found a few handguns being offered that were engraved by Mr. Reynolds but no further information.

If anyone has some more information, I would be very interested in it.
