Info wanted on Fallkniven

I have a TOR knife from Fallkniven and haven't seen or heard about them in awhile. Are they still in business? Any idea what the value on a mint NIB thor (Tor) is running? A friend is interested in the knife and I'm wondering if I can replace it and what kind of a deal to make with him.
Any help?

You can get a good price from knifeoutlet.com or newgraham.com, the're are very easily replaced, and you can be sure its performance is exactly the same as the one you have. They have a very tight QC.
 
Thanks guys. Have found some more info and have found they are running about $350.00 at present w/a MSRP of $495.00
