I have a used Large regular that I was going to trade, but these things are getting harder to come by so I decided to keep and send in to chris reeves. I am going to have double silver studs put on, with back spacer, the knife didn't need it that much, but I wanted to bring the knife new again. so I added handles blasted and blade re-tumbled. I added the new washers with holes in them. my question is has anyone had their knife completely refurbished and how did it come out. Also when they do the handles, do they blast the clip as well. I just sent it today and I will post before and after pictures when the work is done. I decided to keep my knife because the regulars are getting hard to find. if you guys have pictures of before and after please post them.
thank you
chris:p

You will not make friends here bragging about your 'regular' seb.... jealousy is soon to follow.

Just kidding. Looking forward to the before and after pics.

I have had a few done over the years and they always came back looking like new. That is a great service for around 28.00 dollars.

I had a small regular done last year. The work was great, and the knife looked and felt new. Suggestion: for a few extra dollars, call and ask to have the washers changed to the new/current perforated style.

way ahead of you I already noted that in my order form. I have had newer sebenzas and the new washers really hold the grease. The only new thing I don't like about the new sebenzas are the pins with holes, I think that moister can get in and rust around the screw.
