Information on Dalton Specials?

I understand that CRK made two or three different special models for Mr. Dalton in the late eighties or early nineties. One of these may have been similar to the Mountaineer I, but with a modified point. Are these knives collaborations between Mr. Reeve and Mr. Dalton? Does anyone have any additional information on or pictures of these models? I am particularly interested in knowing how they were marked. Of course, if anyone is willing to sell one, please contact me. I was told they were advertised (by CRK?) in some of the "Tactical Knives" magazines of the day. A scan of one of those advertisements would be great.
