Information On Emerson CqC-11 Blackhawk

This is a Emerson CQC -11 but it has the compant Blackhawk logo on the blade.Has anyone every seen or heard about this knife.is it rare and any idea what it's worth.
I will try and post a picture.I've found them but there always sold out and are discontinued now.I've email Emerson and Blackhawk and have not heard anything.

IIRC all the first run or so of '11s had the blackhawk logo, this was prior to them buying MOD by the way, so they arent particularly rare, value if its LNIB would be in the $150 or so range imho, maybe $200 tops.

nice knives though.
