With the debut of a few new models, I figured I'd ask Scott if this list is accurate. Sometimes people can't decide what to get past that PSK ;).

Knife models that Scott makes

Buffalo Skinner;
Tusker, mini Tusker, micro Tusker;
PSK, PSK Jr., PSK Sr.;
WTK;
WSK;
Kephart, mini Kephart;
semi skinner;
Moose;
fighter;
strikers.

And the PSN and PSK Extreme models that he just debuted.

Scott uses a bunch of different handle materials and steels including

Buffalo horn, rams horn sometimes, most woods, micartas and stag.

A2, O1, D2, 5160, 154CM, CPM154.

Wha'd I miss?

The first is the Buffalo knife, Ron Hood inspired blade. The WSK I make I call the WST (wilderness survival tool). The fighter is called the Boarhunter. The biggest Tusker is the Big Boar Tusker.
You forgot the Nessmuk.
The two main steels I use are A2 and O1. I also work with D2, S7, 8670M and 1084. CPM154 and 154CM are the only stainless steels I work with. Not many requests for them.
I'm working on a WST this week. It's the most challenging knife I make but is very rewarding once finished.
