It's quite possible it wasn't trademarked when Rob made that knife. Further, even if it is infringement, I don't see what pointing it out will do at this point. I'm guessing most makers don't even realize it is trademarked until notified of it.
 
I have a feeling there is a good story behind this one. :)

My only intention of this thread was to bring this possible "Infringement ?" to the attention of the person or people it possibly could be a concern to. With todays accurate foreign and domestic knockoffs showing up more and more, and this knife being sold by what seems to possibly be a 2nd or even 3rd party, I felt it may be of interest, and possibly worth being looked into. It wasn't my intention to accuse the late Mr. Simonich of anything or start a debate about trademarks or copyrights.

If it's ok with the mods, I'm closing this thread as I feel it's served its intended purpose.
