Inherited a knife collection need help

I inherited a massive knife collection from my grandfather. This piece i just cannot come up with any information. It says it is from Argentina and the maker is Don Quijote ??? Does anyone have any information that could help me find the possible value for insurance purposes. Thanks ahead of time.
