Price : 154$ from Cabela's
Fit and finish: pretty good though the grip feels like cheap plastic. blade is slightly asymetrical. 3/5

Lockup :This is my first axis, im impressed at the smoothness if you hold the button in you can essentially flip it open like an AO or Switchblade. I feel that the lock is very sturdy, it survived several spine taps on my desk without a failure. 5/5

Ergonomics: This is a smaller knife than what I am used to carrying, and opening it with medium sized hands isnt "easy", grip is nice though. 3.5/5

Grinds on knife: Slightly off on the false edge of the knife. 3/5

Edge out of box: shaving sharp with very little force 4 outta 5

Trust factor: depending on your job, if light work, its very trustworthy, I wouldnt push it to hard though. 3.5/5

Accidental opening : tip up carry but its not going to come open in your pocket 5/5

Innovation Factor : Axis lock is an engineering marvel 5/5

Sheeple friendly : Its about 1/3 the width of most of the blades i carry, so it practicly disappears into your pocket! 5/5

My only true complaint: Delicate work only, dont try to open a window with it or anything! 3/5

Overall First impression : 3.5/5

Special notes : If you like a slightly more traditional look to your pocket knife or if you like something smaller than a TANK in your pocket this is a great knife that i would highly reccomend it. Also if you cant afford a Strider Benchmade is for you!
