This is a quick pic of the first 2 Zenith folders(prototypes). They are a blend of the SR1, Crux and Meridian with the size being that of the SR1 . The blue one has a slight drop point blade( too hot to see in pic sorry). The green one is a full clip point. They are both framelock with the Rhino flipper which turned out very fast to my surprise. The overall profile still needs tweaking before the Zenith is available in earnest (Wasn't happy with it once I got these two finished).
Specs:
OAL: 9 1/4"
Blade: 4" S30V
Closed: 5 1/4"
Frames: .165 Ti
Ti pocket clips
S.S. standoffs

CRITICAL feedback appreciated.

Thanks for looking,
Lee

Looks pretty damn cool to me. They look a bit funny without thumbstuds, even though obviously, the knife isn't meant to need them, but that's probably because I'm just so used to seeing "tactical" folders with them.

Geez, they are beautiful. Such a study in clean architecture, simplicity, and flow. I prefer the dropped point.

I have nothing critical at all to say. That big side canvas is ready for any manner of treatments. Or none.

Thanks, Lee. :)

Lee, You and Shelia need to take a vacation to the smokies, so you can
give me folder lessons. I think I like those most out of all I've seen.

Lee............you know what I think of your knives!!!!!!!! ;) :D

Put me down for that awesome clip-point on the next one! :)
