Inkbird Oven PID Output Issues

So I recently finished my oven build and have run it successfully a few times, however this after I was set up to HT a couple blades and I cannot get the oven to work.
I have the Inkbird ITC-106VH controller and dual SSRs. I have tested all my switches, relays, coils, etc and all check out in working order. It appears the controller is not firing the output for the SSRs. I am reading ambient on the thermocouple and with all switches made the SSRs will not turn on.

has anyone come across this with the Inkbird controller? Did I happen To get a lemon? Thoughts?

I had a similar issue and it was the safety switch on the door not making contact. I have also had this problem because of user error on the tempering oven. It has a different PID that requires you to press an extra button after setting the temperature to actually set it. I tend to forget that because on my heat treating oven PID you just dial in the temperature and it immediately starts.

On my PID there is a dot that indicates when the switch is on. Does the Inkbird have that and if yes, is it trying to switch? My SSR also has an LED that lights up when the switch is on. If your SSRs have an LED and it lights up, then I suspect there is something wrong with the coil or the connection to the coil.

I didn’t think to try and hit the “Set” button but from previous runs with the oven I don’t believe I needed to. The dot is not lit on either the Inkbird or the SSRs.
I have an electric smoker that I run a MyPin PID on and hooked that one up to the oven and it started up and ran. This at least let’s me know the switches and coils are in working order.

That's good news, at least everything else works. Since the PID controller does not indicate that it is even trying to switch, it is either broken or not set up right. Can you verify that the controller was not accidentally set to cooling mode?
