Is there any way or anybody that can mill(or other ways) on folder titanium handles so I can inlay wood or other materials on it??

Have you checked the yellow pages for a Machine shop in your area. With the economy as it is they might not be as busy as usual, and could fit a small milling job in. We use to have people come in off the street with different odd jobs. Never charged them much. It kept a good report with the neighborhood. I'm not doing this work any more. Good luck in finding someone.
