Inlay question?

I just received my first 21 with Box Elder Inlays. This is my first experience with the inlays. My question is, are the slabs polished with inlays? I haven't noticed that in any of the images on the forum. Any thoughts?

presentation side-yes
lock side-partial. the lockbar is blasted, as is the clip
Micarta inlay- completely blasted

The carbon fiber inlays are also polished like the wood inlays as well
