Yes they do their own machining for the inlays.. In fact in the Exquisite blade they show the machining of the titanium slabs for the inlays. They used a Harddridge VMC700 CNC, I cannot pull up tolerance specs for that machine (then again tolerances often goes to the machinist' tuning and programming of the CNC most CNC's can be very precise at the end of the day).

I suspect the materials are also machined by them for machining reasons (using the same machine to do both the cut outs for the inlays/the inlay it self to minimize discrepancies and also because they obvious can do it themselves there's no need to outsource it.

Yes they do, just as Louis G. Stated. The CRK DVD is well worth the money for fans of CRK. It shows the sebenza from beginning to end. Its a little outdated since they have more offerings than when it was made, but its still worth the price. There is alot of time spent showing Lisa doing her unique graphics. Really cool.

A CRK DVD?? Now that sounds like something I should have.
How might one go about getting one of those critters? I can't locate it on the CRK website.
Send an email to CRK perhaps?

I just looked on the CRK website and don't see it, perhaps they no longer offer it. I DID just look at some of the CRK dealers and see several have them in stock.
