Just a note to those of you with PX/BX and clothing sales privileges,
I picked up Titanium/white LED (X5MTWT) at the Ft. Belvoir VA store for $38.90, with of course NO TAX - dirt cheap for a really useful light.
 
Yeah, that's about normal price.

Was $40 at the Discovery Channel store, where you'd think it'd be most expensive.

Interesting they offer it, though.

OK - not around here. You can get them online that cheap, with "shipping" charge variations that usually get it to over $40 easy.

Never seen one RETAIL, in an actual store, for $34, but I suppose they may be out there.

Getting away with this light for well under $40 total is not that simple, although yes of course there's always Ebay or the B/S/T forums if you have the patience and motivation.

But that's cool, glad everybody is having good luck finding what they need at reasonable prices.
 
I usually find that I have better luck on the B/S/T forums, because in a store, you can't really break open the packaging and try out the light. I can rely on a CPF member to give me a complete rundown on the light's condition, and it's usually cheaper, too. And that means more toys for me. ;)
 
No, you're right, it's definately cheaper. At Discovery Store I'd have to pay VA sales tax, making it $3-4 more...it is definately a deal of sorts.
