I'm sure this has probably been asked before. I ordered an Inox knife which is turning out pretty well except for the fact that it has no kick and the blade is hitting the inside of the handle.

I know so does rostfrei.

>>Inox means stainless in Italian.

Rostfrei is German for Stainless. I have a Kershaw kitchen knife I just bought, that says both Rostfrei and Inox on it. I have not figured that one out yet. JohnR7

My kershaw kitchen knives are the same way. I just dismissed it without worry as they seem to cut very nicely and I'm not too picky as long as they do their job.

I just bought a Berreta 21 the other day in Inox. I belive the gun at least has a special coating over the stainless...
