inserting a URL then renaming it?

Don't know where else to ask this question and can not find anything in the FAQ's.

When I insert a link to a site, say about a big knife,
how do I rename the link so that it shows up as Big Knife in the post instead of just showing the whole address?

You click the Insert Link button and type in the link. It gives you the code. Then you change the second URL in the code to the title you want. [ URL="http://www.google.com"]Google[ /URL]

Another way of doing it is to type the word/words you want as a link, highlight those words and click on the 'Insert Link" icon and insert the link and hit OK. After that you can make the text bold, color it, etc.
