Inside curve grinding.

I am making my first Karambit type knife and have the blade and it's handle shaped and am ready to grind the edge angle.
Could anyone please give me some suggestiona as to things like edge up or down grinding and shaping the inside curve. I have a 2x42 belt sander and am ordering a KMD soon.
