I decided last week to have some work done around the house that i just never seem to get to and my Wife convinced me to hire a pro even though I was capable of doing most of the work myself. I hired a reputable crew, they did great work "but" it turned into an ordeal that murdered my new dishwasher
With the dishwasher out of commission I've decided to use a bit more paper products than normal, and fewer utensils; which gave me the perfect excuse to make a nice omelet using solely my Sebenza 21 Insingo, and a pan of course.
I use it for everything i can find a reason to anyway but i like to have a reason, I'm sure that if you're reading this lame post you know exactly how it is.
Now for a couple of pics showing what a great omelet the Insingo helped me make this morning.
Here's a look at the ingredients I used, please feel free to try out using my secret ingredient (finely chopped and fried pepperoni) the next time that you make yourself some eggs, it adds a great touch!

Now for the fun part, slicing.

Since I was using a paper bowl I cracked the eggs on the spine of the Insingo, It made a very good wisk to prepare the eggs.

Time to fry the pepperoni and cook the ham a little using a bit of olive oil.

Another quick wisk while the meat cooks.

Looks like it's ready for the eggs.

A touch of salt, not too much though since the pepperoni and ham have plenty enough. A little pepper, and it's shaping up.

Flipola perfectly executed if I may say so ;D

Right after the flip I cook the wrap for 15 sec in the microwave to soften it up enough to roll without cracking, the heat of the eggs will do the rest.

And the final product.

Wrapped up for the drive into work for my Wife, that's right, for my Wife. After all of this work I don't get to eat a bite of it, not one taste; why you ask? not because it's for my Wife and I wouldn't take a piece from her, I'd totally steal a chunk of it if that was the case
It's because I have food allergies and eggs are off limits, but boy does it smell good
