Insingo does wonders in the kitchen

I leave a large Insingo next to the sink as my exclusive everything kitchen knife ( I have a large santoku blade for special tasks). I am amazed at how well it performs on the chopping block. All the hype on here was spot on... The Insingo rules!

Since I don't have a dedicated pairing knife in the kitchen, I use my Nyala Insingo on occasion in that role. The blade shape really does work wonders for kitchen utility, as it is like a mini-santoku with a pointier tip.
