Got my first CRK, a small Insingo.

I have handled many Sebenza's but I have never purchased any because I'm not particularly fond of knives with thumbstuds. I usually prefer round hole openers, so I have always been on the fence when it comes to CRK knives. Then I saw the Insingo with the sheepsfoot blade(my favorite) and I decided it's time to take the plunge.

You may be seeing more of me in this forum now.....:D

Here's some pics of my minty fresh Insingo before it goes into the pocket as my new EDC.

A large Insingo may be in my future.:D

Can someone tell me if the Insingo is going to regular production now, or are the limited? I don't want to miss out on a large one.

to the best of my knowledge it is currently an exclusive but it will eventually become regular production.

Great buy!
I really, really want a small Insingo. I'm going to start saving up for one, probably for my next knife purchase.

Congrats man! I've been jonesing for an Insingo since I first saw one. It's a beautiful blade.

Congrats, she is a beauty! I'm deciding between one of these or a mnandi.
One day I'll get an Insingo, but there's nothing... nothing like a Mnandi. Don't choose between them. Get one, and later... get the other.

I love it. A 2000+ posts newbie. :) I have a feeling you know quite a few things about knives.

i think knifeart is still the only one carrying them, so it is exclusive to that dealer.

but they appear to be a regular produciton aside from only being available at one place, if that makes sense. there was a limited run of 50 numbered knives initially.

Knife art has exclusive rights to them for 1 year. So this time next year they will become part of the regular line up. Congrats on the Insingo. I have a small 06-50 that I EDC =D

You're a Millie freak as much as me, you need the Large. :D

I actually sold my Lg. Micarta to spring for the Lg. Insigno. Very glad I did. I didn't like the 21 blade shape as much, the handles were fine. The Regular model is still the brass ring for me, and now I have a pair.

Yeah I want a Ti MIL RIL too.:D

And since it sounds like large Insingo's will be around awhile, I may get the Millie first.

I haven't been thinking about it. I fear if I think about it I will wind up with one that I won't ever carry because here I really can't get away with a 4" blade. The Large models I can get by, the Military probably won't.

There's no limit on folders here in SoCal.

Josh, you need the Reeve Integral Lock Millie :D

Anyone still have that thing in stock? :D

Luck with the no limit. In Michigan no one cared. Here you see people get skittish about butter knives.

My local knife store has a TiMIL RIL for $300 right now. But I'm not paying that. Ebay usually gets around $200 for those.

I'll have to check the bay. Once I get the free funds that is. :D I'm sitting on five CRK's.

And I thought Spydies were bad.

Nice pick up, Rob! Y'know, come to think of it, CRKs are really the only thumbstud-opening folders that I routinely carry, as well. The others all have opening holes (or nail nicks...;):D).
