This past month has been cold. We usually get a few breaks where the temps get above freezing but not this year. February was just plain cold. Between the cold and my work schedule, I have been lax in my attempts to ward off death with some exercise.

It reached a balmy, sunny 29F so the Mrs. and I took Daisy to the local park. We don't have Pitdogs scenery but some of you might enjoy the pics.

Everyone, meet Daisy. Not as laid back as our new mascot but what can I say, she's a blonde.

And, of course, todays fixed blade. My Bark River Woodland.

I also had my Wenger SI.
It was a rather short walk, but well needed. Now that March is here and the days are getting a bit longer I can get back to riding and walkin'.

Thanks to pitdog for the motivation.

Great pics bro, I think Daisy and Maisy would be a great double act eh !!!

Love that Woodland, I was very close to getting one myself a short time back !

Thanks guys.

Daisy would have been in the water any other time. By the time we reach that point on our walk she's looking to cool down. I think she covers twice the distance I cover. She is actually standing on an ice shelf that is her usuall entry point to the stream.

hmmm... the Daisy & Maisy Show...

You're on, but my dog gets the role of hyperactive, absent minded sidekick. :p She can be the Lennie to Maisy's George.
