Installing a pocket clip on a folder.

First off, hope this is the right forum.
Ok, can anyone help me with how to install a pocket clip on a Boker folder? I've got the clip and screws as well as tools..I think.
I guess they don't like pocket clips :)

You need to supply little more info like what knife you are talking about to get some answers. Pics would also help.

You need a #2X56TPI tap and a tap drill for the same. If your clip has 2 holes; drill, tap, and anchor the clip on one side with the appropriate #2X56TPI pan head screw. Line the clip up with the axis of the knife and lay out the second hole with a transfer punch. Now drill and tap the second hole. Whenever I mark 2 holes on a handle, either the spacing is off or the clip is crooked.
 
Ok thanks but I've never done anything like this before and don't have the proper tools but thanks again guys.
