I've been carrying one of my integraframe folders for a little over a year now. Several months ago, I was working on my land and droped it. I heard it drop, but it didn't register until after I had gotten in my truck and drove over it!! I was speaking with some of the collectors at last weekend's Plaza cutlery show, and one had a look of disbeleif after hearing the story........so I thought I would step it up a little and video it.....on asphalt this time, and the truck is no slouch either.....F-250 crew cab with v-10.

here it is

Not only did it survive, but the action is exactly the same, and the blade still falls center.

I dunno...the tire pressure looks low! :D

What an excellent combination of toughness and some of the best craftsmanship!

Bailey,

REALLY!!

Everyone on BladeForums knows that unless you have a fat, hairy PHD who looks like Hagrid from Harry Potter or a hockey mask wearing nutjob with too much time on their hands to whale on your knives with a sledgehammer you can't call your stuff tough(tm).:D:foot::D

Seriously, very, very cool.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Glad you posted this so I don't have to run mine over to find out if it's tough enough for EDC. ;)

I'll give ya $5 to peel out on it?

That's cool and good to see the testing continues.

I don't think doing a burnout on it would be a good idea......something about a sharp missile makes the hairs on my neck twinge;)

How about this though.....I have a small bulldozer....weighs just under 5 tons with steel tracks.....will that do??:D

Now that is impressive! I sure won't be driving over my Bradshaw though!

A great example. Smart vid.

Me likes.

Did you run over your rifle as well? That would explain why we haven't seen range reports and carcasses.

Ken,

I haven't given a range report because I haven't had time to take pictures and do a proper job. I did sight the rifle in, and.......shes a shooter. I had a 2" group at 100 yds with iron sights and a trigger that probably pulled 8 lbs. i've since tuned up the trigger, but haven't been on the range again.

Congrats on the knife, but special kudo's for the range test.

Take care, Craig

You did a test run on Tupperware first, right? (Remember Kip from Napoleon Dynamite?) :D

Okay, just kidding - pretty cool test. I don't know if any of my knives would handle that and still work...

thx - cpr

Tough and good looking - ideal combo for an EDC, I'd say.

Very impressive. Thanks for posting it. I think you should make one with a tire tread design going across the scales. :)

Bailey, I hope you were shooting the rifle over bags or a rest.

Otherwise I'm going to have to give up shooting....
