I just finished up an 8" forged integral chef knife out of 52100 for a customer and wanted to share a bit here. I'm doing a bit of a WIP on how this one will get a "mustard finish" (forced pre-patina) on the Custom page if you are interested.
Handle is Box Elder Burl with Curly Koa end-cap. Spacers are G-10 and Copper.
Also, I have a brand new website is up now with lots of my older kitchen knives, regular knives and swords in the Archive section. -M
