Hi!
Just wanted to share with you this special knife. After more than five years of waiting, it's finally here. Alfredo's knives are very hard to get since he makes small quantities due to the extensive handword involved. He is now 82, and has made less than 2000 knives in his carrer.
It is an integral 9" blade, krupp stainless steel, turkish walnut scales. Completely and painstakingly handmade. In my opinion, Alfredo makes the best grinds and crispiest bevels in the whole industry.
Blade structure is very complex. I believe the video will describe it better than I could.
Hope you like it!
