Here's a nice elegant kitchen knife I just finished for a customer in Europe.
Integral San Mai Damascus Kitchen Knife
San Mai damascus in 1010/304 with a 52100 core.
9" blade - 14 5/8" overall length. 1/4" thickness.
Handle in ebony with black micarta and copper spacers. Mokume (copper/stainless) buttcap.
Handmade leather sheath.
