Interest in "sheaths" for Santoku?

My BIL called and asked for a sheath for his Spyderco Santoku. I have one and will make one for myself, too, so maybe I'll do a run. These will be bare bones sheaths allowing you to take your knife with you (he's tired of cooking at friend's homes with cruddy kitchen knives!) or protect the edge when it gets chucked in the drawer. Black Concealex with an aluminum Chicago screw or two to hold it together. No belt loop unless you ask for one custom. Proceeds, if anyone is interested, will go toward a Knifemaker membership here on BFC for myself! I'd like to do these this coming weekend (4th of July weekend), so email me ASAP if you're in. Fee will be tres reasonable plus shipping. If a lot of folks are interested we'll do one as a giveaway contest, too.
