Interesting antique blade by ED. Wusthoff, anyone have further information?

This was gifted to me over 20 years ago from my friend who purchased it from an estate sale. The nice house ED. Wusthoff Solingen on it. Does anyone have any further info on this?

Same folks that make Wusthoff Trident brand cooking knives. It's a Kriss style dirk. Wusthoff focused on kitchen cutlery, and dropped most, if not all sporting cutlery by the 1960s. The knife looks post WWII, but could be anywhere from 1930s - 1950s to my eye. Wusthoff also probably subcontracted to other German makers also.
