So.... Today I had to entertain myself for a couple hours while my gal was at an office meeting...
I remembered that a Dicks Sporting Goods had just opened, a few blocks from where i dropped her off for her meeting.
I had never been there, so figured it would be cool to see what they were like.
They had maybe a dozen Buck models (the most of any store around here)
But one model was something I had never seen or heard of.
I took a photo, I thought I took one of the back of the package too, but apparently I did not.....
Back Country Combo 875/876

First off, no USA markings, but i couldn't see where it might be labeled imported or China either.....
Second, the 876 looks just like a 221 Silver Creek Bait Knife with serrations on the main cutting edge instead of the spine....
I have no clue what the 875 is though.
Both have 420HC steel
When I got home I looked online and found a couple places selling them.
Also found the specs and a stock photo. Not much other info out there though....
The price (which i will not mention) looked great for 2 Buck Knives, even if they are Imported ones.
Maybe I will scoop a set up later this year....
