Interesting knife, doesn't look like China or Pakistan...

Gentlemen!

I found and interesting classic looking d-guard style knife... No marking on a blade at all. There are a lot of similar knives made in China, Pakistan, etc... But this one is very well made.

Also if you take a look at the picture tang goes all away through the handle and brass D-guard. All parts fits too good for a standard cheap Asian knife...

Any ideas on what it is?

It's a custom of some kind, I can tell you that, it's been finished and crafted by hand for sure, I'm not knowledgeable in customs so hopefully someone else will chime in, but it is well made.
