Interesting Old Axe Find. Connecticut Pattern?

Thanks for your patience. I am new on this Forum-Trying to get Pics Posted. Working on it. Interesting old Axe is this a Connecticut Pattern? Weight is about 2 lbs maybe 2 1/4 Age? appears to have a Steel forged in bit Can’t find any information on Makers stamp
