I spotted this at an antique store today, both in better condition and at a better price than usual for knives found in such places:

It's a late 60's era Case #2109. The AAPK reference guide to Case patterns says that the 09 was last made in the 60's, so I can dream that this was one of the last ones made. It was intended for use in orchards and other horticultural pursuits. The single spey blade's backspring widens out and turns into a fixed grafting tool. Never seen one like it before, either in person or here. Pretty nifty.
