Interesting Phone Call- Japanese swords

I received an interesting phone call from an elderly lady in Maryland Thursday. Her daughter had seen the article in the local paper on my swords, and called the woman about me. The lady has six old Japanese swords( stored at her daughters) that belonged to her husband (long deceased). She wants to have me look at them and see if I can find a buyer, or would be interested myself.No one in her family wants them. He bought them 50 years ago ,from a military officer that brought them back from japan during the war. Two have origami attached. I asked what she was thinking she would like to get for them. She replied, "Well my husband paid $2000 for them, so I would like to get that at least." I told her that when she was in town to call me. I can't think of any reason this won't turn out as a wonderful deal.
I'll keep you posted when she calls.
