Interesting Sodbuster

I picked this up in consignment store for about four bucks. I think the scales are walnut. Tried to get a good shot of the tang stamp to no avail, si it reads-"SL0044 Made in Italy". The blade etch says "Stanley" as in Stanley tools. The pull is a nail breaker, but I haven't oiled it yet. It does have a nice half stop. Anyway, that's my story and here are the pics, with a 10 Dot Case Soddie and Jr. for comparison on size.

Also notice there is no exposed center pin where the Case's have one.

Looks alot like the Brown Mule sodbuster, sold by Robert Klaas, also made in Italy.
