I found a Victorinox knife among my things when I went back home, and I'm unable to find any information on it. It has a single blade, sheepfoot style, that is chisel ground. It's about 6.5" long when opened. It's probably going to replace my Delica as my EDC for a while, just because I seem to be getting into knives that are a bit more traditional and simple. Any one happen to know the name for this particular Victorinox?

Sounds like a florist knife... if it has red scaled plastic handles that have a textured finish.

That would be the Gardener model. It's an excellent cutter. I put a double bevel edge on mine. It's one of the sharpest knives I own.

The knife described can be either a Florist or a Gardener. The two have very little, if any differences between them. I think they are the same knife, just different names for Victorinox's reasons for distribution.
