While I'm not that into time pieces I randomly came across this while looking at pictures online and thought it was rather cool. I figure others might find it interesting as well.

Can you actually measure things with it as well or just tell the time ?

That's how I read it. The hour bar is awfully close to the 8 compared to the 7 for only 16 mins after.

See, that's why I wear digital.
