Interesting zoological discovery!

As I was over in the exchange posting some stuff today I looked up from what I was doing and saw a few specks on the horizon. Just shrugged it off and got back to work...a bit later I hear a shrill sound, and look up again to see what look like rather large birds circling. Odd, I think to myself, and get back to work. As I got deeper into my work, concentrating hard on what I was doing I was startled by a large shadow passing overhead! I looked up to see at least nine dark forms with huge black wings circling overhead! Sometimes diving in low evidently to see what was up and if it was dead yet. :eek: The shrill sqeeling not unlike those of a large trucks breaks, eminating from these beasts was disturbing, and almost human. Then one landed on a nearby dead tree and I got a good look at it..... perched on yonder tree was a truly terrifying beast, the body of what I think a javelina, giant black wings, and huge silver talons. Sniffing the air, they seemed to be attracted to my INFI stash that I had out for inspection. One tapped at the sliding glass door and screeched what I could swear was "Wheres the INFI!!!!"

I have witnessed, for all I can tell, the first actuall encounter with an INFI Vulture!! I gots my shotgun by the bed tonight and the taxidermist on call, so if I bag one it will be on display in my living room! I've got a Basic 7 hanging off a branch in the backyard as bait. Be vewy vewy quiet......... :p

I'm gonna try to keep the image in my head and do a sketch of the beast if I can, hopefully soon after my move so the image is still burned into my memory. :confused:

a pig snout and lotsa feathers and you got it! :D Even down to that creepy toothy grin!! Now that little pudgy fella to the side? Is he the take out?

Oh forgot to mention, watch out for a certain tusker, had what looks like the word Porkerson tatooed on his forhead, that one was particularly menacing! 'cept this one kept croaking "Var-i-ant, Var-i-ant, Var-i-ant"

I thought you had gone loco my friend! Till I hit reply with quote and there it was in invisible ink! The mystery thickens! There was one of em that kept spiraling to the ground with a resounding "THUMP"!! Giggling maniaclly, shooting back into the air to do it all over again! I thought he looked familiar! :p
 
If you bag one, make some sheaths from it!
 
You guys are crazy! I haven't seen anything like what you're describing. Nope, not at all. Especially not when I am looking @ potential INFI purchases. Yep, don't see any toothy grins, don't hear any cackling (inside or outside my head), no chills down my spine. Deny, Deny, Deny! :D

You guy's will not BELIEVE the lucky day I've had. Check this out. I'm out just walking around and find a BASIC 7 in a tree limb. Just hangin there. Beats me but finders keepers loosers weepers. All I need is a sheath for it now. You guy's don't know of a good sheathmaker around here do ya.

Oh my gawd, oh my gawd...................can you show me the tree and yes, I so know this guy who makes thingies to put your knife in......................wait a minute :eek:
