International membership

I only have Amex and an IMO or direct bank transfer costs about $15 - $20 in bank charges.
I would like to support the forum but the extra fees are for international members upgradesare just to high.
Paypal would make it easier too.

Thanks, I red all that but only Visa, Master Card and Discover is accepted.
No Amex
